Discretion is assured because when you get one of our packages and it says IBN, everyone instantly assumes you got a new computer part. Your credit card statement will also say IBN, Inc. instead of listing an adult web site. All orders are shipped within hours of us receiving them. We prefer using UPS for shipping because of easy automatic tracking but we do use the Post Office for P.O. Boxes, Foreign Orders and other special requests. We do not offer "Saturday" delivery because the actual costs are just too high.

C.O.D. is never an option so don't request it.

We will not expect you to have to go through the hassle of returning merchandise that is defective or our error in some other way, we will get you a replacement right away...although, if you did indeed receive a satisfactory copy of the movie you ordered, do NOT expect to be able to return it for a different title. This is the nature of the movie business and it is much like trying to return OPENED Software...IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
